About Payment

We offer localized currency across CAD, CNY, EUR, HND, TWD and USD.

You can choose your
currencies by clicking on the bottom button below the online store.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Apple pay,
Google pay, shop pay and PayPal as valid payment methods on our online shop.

As we ship from Japan,
our products may be subject to taxes & customs fees in the country of
delivery.

Please be aware that in
all cases the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees applied to
their order and for providing any and all documents required by customs in the
country of receipt.

These costs include the
sales tax in the country of receipt (applied to the total value of the order),
duties on the cost of products and any handling fees applied by the shipping
provider.

To change your payment method, we will need to cancel your order due
to system reason, and you place another order with the new payment method.

Shipping

We are happy to arrange free shipping.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation after your order leaves our
warehouse, which includes information such as a tracking number, at that time.

customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the
tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation mail). Sometimes,
carriers cannot deliver a package (for instance, due to the size of the
mailbox). In this case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.

Once an order is
processed, most packages are dispatched within three business days (please
allow extra time for orders placed over weekends and holidays).

Your order will be
delivered within 5 to 10 days by DHL, but it might delay.
