Shipping policy
■Shipment
As we ship from Japan, our products may be subject to taxes & customs fees in the country of delivery.
The weight of the product is indicated by volume weight, Shipping charges are calculated by volume weight.
Once an order is processed, most packages are dispatched within three business days (please allow extra time for orders placed over weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation after your order leaves our warehouse, which includes information such as a tracking number, at that time.
※Please note that 'business days' do not include weekends or holidays.
We will send you by DHL, FedEx or international mail.
-Tracked: estimated delivery within 5 to 10 days.
■Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation mail). Sometimes, carriers cannot deliver a package (for instance, due to the size of the mailbox). In this case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.

Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees applied to their order and for providing any and all documents required by customs in the country of receipt.
These costs include the sales tax in the country of receipt (applied to the total value of the order), duties on the cost of products and any handling fees applied by the shipping provider.
If customs fees are incurred, they must be paid by one of the following methods.
・You will be notified by email from the shipping company before the product is delivered.
・Please pay in cash when you receive the product.
・After receiving the item, you will receive an invoice from the shipping company.
EU Directives calculate the Total Value of the order as a combination of the price of product and shipping fees.

■APPLICABLE DUTY
The company Frontier Inc. is subject to Japanese law. Within those confines, we will try to satisfy our customers as much as we are able. In the event of complaint or difficulties, the customer can contact Frontier Inc customer service for help in finding an amicable resolution.
