Refund policy

Cancellation and Returns


We are sorry, we cannot accept cancellation once your order completed. Exclusively in the case of if the product is incorrect, damaged, and defective, we will accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
※Because orders are shipped internationally, exchanges or returns cannot be made due to customer error, so please order carefully!


Returns【 product is incorrect and damaged】
・To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
・To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
・Pictures of all items received in the box
 (applies to both missing and damaged item issue)
・Pictures of individual items, showing the damaged part (applies to damaged item issue)
・For any other reason, we do not accept returns and cancellation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at [ frontier-eng-shop@frontier-inc-web.com ] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale and campaign items
Unfortunately they cannot be refunded.

The company Frontier Inc. is subject to Japanese law. Within those confines, we will try to satisfy our customers as much as we are able. In the event of complaint or difficulties, the customer can contact Frontier Inc customer service for help in finding an amicable resolution.
